What makes this breathwork experience different?

This isn’t just another breathwork session—it’s a powerful fusion of 9D Breathwork, hypnosis, and deep subconscious coaching.With over 20 years of experience in hypnosis and coaching, I’ve developed a unique approach that goes beyond traditional breathwork.

While most sessions focus solely on breath, this experience integrates subconscious reprogramming, immersive sound, and guided coaching techniques to ensure you not only release stress and emotional blocks but also process, heal, and integrate whatever comes up.

Why does this matter? Many breathwork sessions create big emotional releases, but without proper integration, those emotions and insights can fade or feel unresolved.

That’s why integration is a key part of this experience—to help you rewire your subconscious, gain clarity, and walk away with lasting transformation.During the session, you’ll be guided through a multi-sensory experience using 9D soundscapes, breath techniques, and hypnotic coaching that support emotional release, clarity, and deep healing. This is a full mind-body reset, designed for high achievers, leaders, and anyone ready for real breakthroughs.

What can I expect during the session?

During the session, you’ll lie down comfortably with noise-canceling headphones, guided breathwork, and immersive music, binaural beats and other sound technology. Many participants experience emotional releases, deep relaxation, mental clarity, or even profound insights. Every session is unique, and your experience will be personal to you.

How long is the session?

Each session lasts 90 minutes and includes guided breathwork, subconscious integration, and time to reflect on your experience.

What should I bring and how should I prepare?

✅ A eye-mask, yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for comfort
✅ Wear comfortable, breathable clothing
✅ Hydrate 1 hour before (but avoid excessive fluids right before)
✅ Use the bathroom beforehand to avoid interruptions
✅ Create a private, distraction-free space if attending virtually

Is breathwork safe for everyone?

While breathwork is generally safe, there are some contraindications.

If you have any of the following conditions, consult your doctor before participating:
🚫 Cardiovascular issues (heart disease, arrhythmia, high/low blood pressure, recent heart attack)
🚫 Chronic respiratory conditions (severe asthma, COPD)
🚫 Pregnancy
🚫 Heavy medications affecting heart rate or mental health
🚫 Severe mental illness (psychosis, schizophrenia, extreme PTSD)
🚫 History of aneurysms, seizures, or osteoporosis

If any of these apply to you, you may need to modify your breathwork technique for safety.

Can I do this if I’m new to breathwork?

Absolutely! This session is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. No prior experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to lean into the process.

Will I feel different after the session?

Most participants report feeling lighter, more energized, emotionally clear, and deeply relaxed. Some experience powerful emotional breakthroughs, while others simply feel at peace. The effects may continue to unfold in the hours or days following the session.

What if I feel overwhelmed during the session?

It’s completely normal for emotions to arise during breathwork. If you ever feel overwhelmed, simply slow down your breathing, return to nasal breathing, and remind yourself that you are safe. You are always in control of your breath and Aaron and our team of professionals are there to support you.
